Koh Samui: the impetus for a large database update were, among other things, a client project, and the realization that island attraction markets are under-analyzed. Koh Samui is an island in Surat Thani province of Thailand with 2.5 million visitors a year, white sand beaches, and several waterparks. Some team members had to be restrained from making down payments on villas that they could not afford.
Bali: for good measure, we provided an update of this Indonesian island, as it’s the Southeast Asian destination that other islands in the region draw comparison to. Full of cultural shows, temples, and parks. Not to mention the well-operated, world-class Waterbom waterpark. Enjoy.
